I had the very pleasant experience of dealing with Gwenn Molnar at the Laser Hair and Skin Centre for treatment of ingrown hairs. I had a facial skin condition that existed for more than 2 years. After the first hair removal treatment, I noticed an immediate improvement in the outbreaks. After the third treatment, the skin condition totally disappeared. It has resulted in both improved appearance and improved confidence for me. I found all the staff to be extremely patient and supportive. For many years I tried tweezing, shaving, and makeup to cover up sores on my chin and upper lip, caused by dark, thick, ingrown hairs. Doctors prescribed creams and medications, without much success.
